Hi All !

Since 2 days, my Satwork ST3618 has stop working (1st of all, I thought of a Chinese new year'Joke ...) but only the 4 digits are "on" with 0000, the red light is on (the green is "off": no picture, no sound, no OSD if I use the remote control or the control panel buttons: NOTHING !!

I have tried to unplug, etc... but Nothing

Have you ever had or heard any sort of similar problem with these receivers .
PS: the LNB is OK and good connected
(I'm French but not completely stupid  )

Your help and comments are so welcome !
I hope everything will be OK for a long time with my innovia 3088...

Have you upgrade your Receiver? Then your Satwork is't dead, reinstall the software and your receiver will work again, even if you not have upgrade reinstall the software.

You have also the Innovia, please compare both.
I have had also the Coship blind search and for me the Satwork is better and if I will search for Feeds I install the82503 SW (it not scan below 3700SR all the other SW do it ) from the ST3618 and in 5 minutes it scan from 3600-4200 from H to V
With the other SW I need 10 minutes. You can also install the SW from de ST3688 I try it some times withou problem (I don't know if the hardware can move a dish )

Yes I have both and compared the receivers.
For an everyday Feedhunting, the satwork is easy and faster to use (I don't have to press many key on the remote control to have access to the Blind scan).

I didn't know for the software... (1 st of all, I'd like my Satwork back to life !)
