Humax 5410z Dead

My humax won't boot get a quick flash of red and green led then nothing I added pins where the JP250 molex goes very carefully to plug in zboard any help would be great or is there a repairer in Adelaide

no picture at all doesnt bootup DL doesnt come up on the humy window what I did was solder in pins to where the zboard goes I havent upgraded it yet. psu ok swapped with another

Go over your work , did you remove all the glue carefully??check all for bridged connections or dry joins .
