Asiasat 5

Hi, on the satellite Asiasat 5 C Band can anybody get the channels Al Nile, Kuwait Space Channel, Al Dawri & Al Kass Sport, Jame-Jam TV Network 3 and Lotus Satellite tv ?

I saw those channels on Lyngsat and just wondered if anyone has them tuned in.

IRIB3 PER
NILE NEWS
PRESS TV

On 4148v 11852 I get

MACAU1

MACAU3
MACAU4
KungFu
MASTV

It's also on Asiasat 5 but not the channel you're referring to.

Hi Derek68,

This may help you match up some of the channel names....

AL EMARAT = Emirates Channel from Abu Dhabi
AL-ALAM = Iranian News Channel in Arabic
ALKASS = Al Dawri & Al Alkass Sports from Qatar
IQRAA is from Kuwait
IRIB3 ENG = Jame-Jam TV Network 3 from Iran
IRIB3 PER = Jame-Jam TV Network 3 from Iran
NILE NEWS = Al Nile from Egypt
PRESS TV = Iranian News Channel in English

Kuwait Space Channel is on 3820 V. This is just the regular Kuwait regional service, not a Space themed channel! Its sometimes translated from Arabic to Kuwait Space Channel, a better description would be Kuwait Satellite TV.

All can be seen easily on the Gold Coast.

Cheers,
Mark
